Benchtop Laminar Flow Hood Models
Benchtop Laminar Flow Hoods are ideal for small businesses that want to save space. Vertical flow hoods are ideal for working with liquids. Over the years, our customers were kind to let us know what features they would like to have, so we listened and improved each new model. Not surprisingly, the most important feature requested was the price. For that reason,we made sure that at least one model is offered at the same price as the featured model from six years ago.
The three benchtop models we offer meet the needs of vast majority of our clients. If you are a new user working with liquids, it is unlikely that you will need a different size machine.
As the fans on the benctop machines are positioned in the level of the user’s head, prolonged work with a loud machine can be quite uncomfortable. We solve this problem by choosing the correct materials both for the fans and for the flow hood housing. This is especially the case for the BT-2026 model.
Model BT-2026
Model BT-2026 is our latest model that combines all the features we wanted to incorporate into one machine. BT-2026 is taller than the previous feature model in order to better hold one liter bags. We reduced the depth as depth is not the most important feature for vast majority of the users. The model is more powerful yet quieter than the other two models. It’s minimalist design ensures durability and easy maintenance (if ever needed). One year parts and labour warranty is included.

Model BT-2023
Model BT-2023 is a time tested flow hood design featuring extra depth and filter size. This flow hood has ample space for hanging bags.

Model BT-T
Model BT-T (Tall) has the same footprint as Model BT-2023 but it is 20 cm taller. We designed it custom for a client who wanted a taller machine in custom colors. As you can see from the image, there is more than enough space for work even after hanging four one-liter bags. The previous two models can handle one-liter bags, but we will be happy to produce a larger version if you request more space. Despite it’s size the machine is still lightweight and easy to move around if needed.

Standalone Large Laminar Flow Hoods
In addition to the benchtop models we can produce a larger standalone laminar flow hoods. If this is your first flow hood purchase, but you are already considering a larger unit such as BT-L and BT-X, we suggest consulting with us first. Production time frame can vary. Please allow at least 90 -120 days for the production. The long production time frame is due to the fact that we do not stock large filters and construction elements that need to be manufactured from scratch.
Model BT-L
Model BT-L (Large) is made to order. We recommend this machine only if you have already used benchtop models and your work volume indeed requires something larger than the standard benchtop models.

Model BT-X
Model BT-XL is designed for businesses that have high-throughput production. It is particularly useful in cases where multiple people need to work on the same product at the same time. Since model Maxi is open from both sides, it allows operators to access the clean area from the opposite sides. This is a very big machine and suitable only for businesses that have strong demands regarding production speed and available space.
